Haz Rental Center - Legal Disclaimer
Reservations / Deposits
- A security deposit of twenty percent (20%) of your total order amount is necessary to confirm rentals.
- Orders totaling $100 or less require a $20 security deposit.
- This security deposit is in addition to rental charges and shall be refunded upon satisfactory return of all equipment.
- Cancellations must be made seven (7) days prior to the scheduled event date for a full refund, UNLESS a party consultant has been to your home, hall or office for a consultation.
Loss or Damage
- Shortages will be priced at our cost per item.
- A damage waiver will be issued for all items except linens.
- All broken pieces must be returned to HAZ to validate Damage Waiver.
- HAZ accepts no liability and will not be held responsible for any misuse of any of our products.
- Prices subject to change without notice.
Delivery Charges
- Delivery is available for a nominal fee in our regular delivery area.
- Deliveries are to ground levels within a reasonable carrying distance.
- Additional charges may be made for after-hour pickups or unusual locations, such as parks and beaches.
- Pickups - Tables and chairs should be down and stacked. All items, except linens, must be returned clean, or there will be an additional charge.
- Dishes and related items are to be returned clean and in their original containers.
Setup, teardown and complete decorating services are available.
