RESERVATIONS / DEPOSITS

  • A security deposit of twenty percent (20%) of your total order amount is necessary to confirm rentals.
  • Orders totaling $100 or less require a $20 security deposit. This security deposit is in addition to rental charges and shall be refunded upon satisfactory return of all equipment.
  • Cancellations must be made seven (7) days prior to the scheduled event date for a full refund, UNLESS a party consultant has been to your home, hall or office for a consultation.

LOSS OR DAMAGE

  • Shortages will be priced at our cost per item.
  • A damage waiver will be issued for all items except linens.
  • All broken pieces must be returned to HAZ to validate Damage Waiver.
  • HAZ accepts no liability and will not be held responsible for any misuse of any of our products.
